Arrived before the sun, walked out over the dunes in the half-light, saw the sun come up over the water between Angelsey and Wales, latter saw snow-topped Snowdon gainst the morning sky. Reflections on the water-look at the pictures, they say it better than Ican.

Could not throw or mould the clay, which was closer to sand than clay.Made a slip, thenpainted it on a shallow thrown bowl made of a stock terracotta mixed with Pen Ion “clay”
